About Montanna,

Hello wonderful human, my name is Montanna Hoyes and I would love for you to call me Tanna.

Supporting people through life’s ups and downs is something I have been passionate about since I was a tiny person.

Holding space for people to simply be, in an empathetic and safe environment where they feel heard, respected and cared for.

My lived experience of childhood sexual assault and bearing witness to generational trauma through the women in my family instilled in me a desire for growth and healing. Through my own acceptance and recovery journey I discovered my purpose of supporting and nurturing others through their unique journeys of healing and growth.

I am an open-minded and loving person with a strong sense of self and a passion for people feeling at peace and empowered within their lives. I utilise my lived experiences along with evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness Techniques to support people through grief, healing, change and growth.

I embrace humans across all scopes of life and meet them where they are at.

Our journeys are not always easy or peaceful, but we are all worthy.
